By downloading, installing, or using Tunu Nexus ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

All financial data is stored encrypted on your device. The App has no backend services, and we do not have access to your financial information.
If you choose to enable the optional Google Drive backup feature, your financial data will first be encrypted locally on your device before being uploaded to your personal Google Drive account. The encryption key never leaves your device.
The App may automatically collect anonymized device information for analytics, crash reporting, and performance optimization through Google Play Services. This may include device identifiers, event logs, and usage statistics. This data is processed under legitimate interest (GDPR) and does not include personal financial information.

We only collect anonymized device information such as device ID, crash logs, and performance metrics for analytics and error reporting. We do not collect names, emails, financial data, contact lists, or location data. SMS messages are processed locally on your device only if you explicitly enable the transaction import feature.
All budgeting and financial data is stored locally on your device in encrypted form. This data never leaves your device unless you enable Google Drive backup.
If enabled, encrypted backups are saved to your personal Google Drive. Tunu Nexus cannot access or read these backups. Access to your Drive is limited strictly to the App-created backup folder.
All payments and subscriptions are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. We do not store or process payment information.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties. The only third parties involved are Google Play Services and Google Drive, both used strictly for analytics and backup.
Under GDPR and CCPA, you may request deletion of analytics data, withdraw backup consent, opt out of analytics, or request information about data processing. Financial data stored on your device is entirely under your control.

The AI-powered insights are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional financial guidance. Always consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
The App, including its design, features, functionality, and content, is owned by Tunu Nexus and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.
Some features may require a subscription or one-time payment. All payments are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Refunds are subject to the respective store's refund policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tunu Nexus shall not be liable for:
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
While we provide optional backup features, you are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We recommend regularly exporting your data and enabling cloud backup.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The App and its content may be translated automatically using software powered by artificial intelligence or other translation tools. While we strive for accuracy, automatic translations may contain errors, inaccuracies, or offensive language due to context misinterpretation.
Tunu Nexus and its developers apologize for any such occurrences but assume no liability for any misunderstandings, errors, or offensive content resulting from translation. The official language of the App is English, and in case of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
